Barre Class: Whine & Glutes

Get ready to whine your hips, lift and tone your glutes with a fun energetic barre class! This in-person session is all about mixing fun vibes, wellness and a 45- minute workout. Whether you’re an experienced barrbie girl or new to the crew come join us, ALL levels are welcome. I'm supplying the vibes and a bomb playlist, all you'll need to bring is your mat, wear athleisure and don't forget your water!

Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and participating in a barre class, workshop, or event hosted by The Forme Edit and/or Shalonda Addison (“Instructor”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in barre and fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, falls, or other injury. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

Health Confirmation

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this class. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to participation if I have any medical conditions or concerns. I agree to stop exercising immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless The Forme Edit, Shalonda Addison, the hosting venue, and any affiliated staff or contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to my participation in this event.

Photo & Video Release

I grant The Forme Edit permission to photograph and/or record video during the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. I understand that I may opt out by notifying the Instructor in writing prior to the start of class.

Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. If the event is canceled by the Instructor, a full refund will be issued.
