Barmer Boys are the torchbearers of Rajasthan’s Manganiyar musical tradition, bringing ancient folk and Sufi sounds into the 21st century. Known for their soulful kalaams, Krishna bhajans, celebratory wedding songs, and electrifying jams with beatboxing, the trio has performed over 250 concerts across 25 countries, with appearances at Roskilde, WOMAD, FMM Sines, and NH7 Weekender.
Following the loss of their iconic vocalist Mangey Khan, the group begins a new chapter with Bhura Khan—nephew of Lakha Khan—alongside dholak maestro Magada Khan and multi-instrumentalist Sawai Khan. With spirit, innovation, and pride, Barmer Boys continue to reimagine folk with attitude, carrying the Manganiyar legacy to global stages.
