This world-class cook-off brings together some of the most elite and competitive Bar-B-Que teams from around the globe, showcasing the highest level of pitmaster excellence. The event features LIVE music, family-friendly activities, a kids’ cook-off, shopping, and much more. As one of the signature events launching the Rodeo Season, the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Bar-B-Que Cook-Off proudly supports the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Scholarship Fund, making it not only a premier culinary competition but also a meaningful community celebration.
