A Beyond The Banter Men’s Mental Health Round Circle is a laid-back get-together where blokes can rock up, grab a seat, and have a proper yarn in a safe, no-judgement space.
There’s no pressure to speak, no fixing, and no experts telling you what to do — just mates sitting in a circle, listening, sharing if they want to, and knowing they’re not on their own.
It’s real talk, built on respect and honesty, and all about breaking down the stigma around men’s mental health — the Beyond The Banter way.
At the heart of it is our simple question: “Got 8 M8?”
Eight minutes can be all it takes to check in on a mate, start a conversation, or let someone know they matter. These Round Circles are about slowing life down, building genuine connection, and backing each other through the highs and the tough days.
Whether you’re doing it rough or just want to be around good people, showing up is enough.
One circle, one convo, one mate at a time — that’s how we make a real difference.
- No alcohol or drugs allowed on site.
- Anyone affected by alcohol and or drugs will be asked to leave the event
- Light refreshments will be provided
