Come and meet the B&D South Integrated Neighbourhood Team!
Due to its many good examples of innovative, community-led approaches and strong partnerships, Barking and Dagenham has been selected to join wave one of the Government’s National Neighbourhood Health Implementation Programme (NNHIP). B&D was selected as one of 43 places out of 141 nationwide applications. As a result, we’re able to build on 5+ years of local work, including Connect and GP pop-ups, as well as numerous local health and wellbeing initiatives to prevent ill-health and highlight community-based support.
This is a chance to join our second Residents & Integrated Neighbourhood Team workshop, meet, learn, and collaborate with local services including GPs, mental health, social care, the hospitals, council, and community groups, adding your ideas to the mix. Come along, share life experience from your perspective, and get involved in shaping the future of the neighbourhood.
