About this Event
This book presents an extraordinary collection of 29 instrumental pieces from Hungary to the Black Sea.
The author, Gundula Stojanova Gruen will perform a selection of pieces from her new book and share stories about their origins and history.
She will be accompanied by guitarist Jeremy Halliwell, who also played the accompaniment on the book’s audio tracks. Join us for vibrant dance pieces, melancholic laments, humorous tunes, and quirky love songs.
After the performance, there will be time to ask questions, chat with the author, and perhaps even make special musical requests.
