A space designed to help you slow down and unwind.
Through yoga-inspired stretching, mindful movement, breathwork, and nervous system grounding practices, you’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer and empowered.
We’ll guide you to feel safe, supported and inspired — honouring the season you’re in while giving yourself permission to take time for you… to fully exhale. 🩷
In each class, you can expect:
✨ Yoga-inspired stretching and mindful movement (slow, gentle flows and poses)
✨ Breathwork and grounding practices to settle the nervous system and bring you into the present moment
✨ Guided body awareness and relaxation to help you feel safe, calm and at ease
✨ Guided meditation or body scan focused on rest, self-compassion and inner clarity
✨ A weekly focus — a simple theme or intention for the class (such as rest, self-trust, gratitude or slowing down) with an easy mindset or mindfulness practice you can take into your week
✨ A peaceful, non-judgemental environment with no pressure to perform, keep up, or get it “right”
