This exclusive 3-part series combines sweet and savory brunch favorites with signature Baker’s Lab flair — from gourmet cinnamon rolls and champagne-infused desserts to brunch classics with a luxury twist.

Each workshop is intentionally intimate to ensure personalized instruction, a relaxed atmosphere, and a memorable baking experience.

What to Expect

Each 3-hour workshop is hands-on and interactive. Guests will work in pairs or small groups for portions of the class while learning essential baking techniques and preparing the featured menu items.

Our workshops are designed to be collaborative, relaxed, and engaging — perfect for connecting with others while creating beautiful brunch-inspired desserts.

Please plan to:

• Dress comfortably
• Wear closed-toe shoes
• Pull long hair back
• Avoid loose sleeves or dangling jewelry

Aprons will be provided for all guests

  • Age Requirements: Workshop is designed for adults
  • Ticket Price: Ticket price is per person.

  • Class Size: There is a 4 person minimum required to hold workshops. In the event of low turnout, a refund will be issued.
  • Class time: This is a hands-on workshop. Depending on the flow of the workshop and the speed of the attendees the workshop could end a little early or run a little overtime.
  • Cancellations: All cancellations must be made within 7 days of event. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable. If for some reason you need to cancel after the 7-day period, please reach out as a credit can be issued for a future class. Credits will not be issued for any cancellation requests made less than 72 hours before class date.

· Bachelor degree in Baking & Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University

· Master degree in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University

· Florence University of the Arts / Florence, Italy Study Abroad

· Former High School Baking & Pastry Arts Teacher

· Over 10 years as a business owner and over 15 years’ experience in the baking industry
