About this Event
A good, chewy bagel fresh from the oven is a truly special thing. In this class, learn to make the dough, both an overnight option and one that comes together more quickly. We will then shape, boil, top and bake a batch to enjoy together. We will also discuss how to add ingredients to the dough and the best way to freeze your bagels for future enjoyment. Each student will go home with the start of a batch to make at home.
