Thursday night we gather in this little backyard sanctuary for a yoga flow + guided journal session to strengthen your mind-body connection!
Surrounded by garden magic, you’ll find space to reconnect with yourself while you soak in the serenity of an enchanting night practice!
Each weeks journal session is based on TBCs monthly theme!

If hitting the gas pedal on a brand new version of yourself in the middle of winter doesn't feel right for you....
How about a Soft Start? The unhurried process of becoming!
Plant the seeds for what you want to grow in 2026 + flow into the knowing flowers bloom in their own time!
~ Maddie is a yoga teacher with a gift for weaving breath, movement and intuition into every session. Her Backyard Flows help students connect to themselves, the earth and each other in a way that feels cosmic! Her sessions hold a warmly honest + welcoming space that feels safe to soften your heart, your body and your mind! ~
What you need to know:
- 45 minute session!
- $10 - pay when you get there!
- BLUE HOUSE! Come to the back through the big wooden gate ON THE LEFT SIDE at the end of the driveway
- PARK ANYWHERE ON THE STREET!
Thing you'll need:
- yoga mat
- water bottle
- towel (optional)
- bug spray (optional)
- Jounral (paper will be provided if you forget)
