Back To School Reset
~ An event created to help reset nervous system and focus as parents guide children back to school or to school for the first time. Some returning to school as an adult. I believe that no matter where you are on this journey, there is a lof that comes with the process of transition and coping with change. As someone supporting others through the shift, it can be a taxing, emotional, event.
I hope to bring you an offering that allows you to fully feel and express, through movement, writing and sharing, of your experience. We will take a look at how we are navigating this season of Back to School, and generally, seasons of change.
Good to know:
~ A photographer will be on sight as I hope to gain photos/video of some moments for website purposes (all events will not be this way)
~ Students have the option to opt out of photos and remain in a designated area of the space.
~ There will be time to journal, move, experience sound, have light/warm refreshment..
