Back To Basics: Cleaning Business Owners School

The "Back to Basics" training program is designed specifically for cleaning business owners to strengthen their foundation and drive growth. Spanning 6 weeks, each week focuses on a key area of business management:

1. Brand Imagery - Developing a strong, recognisable brand to stand out in the competitive cleaning industry.
2. Trade Perfection - Mastering the cleaning skills and techniques that ensure high-quality service.
3. Finances and Pricing - Understanding how to price services competitively while managing business finances effectively.
4. Customer Management - Building and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
5. Planning and Forecasting - Setting goals and forecasting growth to ensure long-term success.
6. Basics of Legalities - Gaining knowledge of essential legal requirements and contracts to protect your business
   Each week will start with a masterclass zoom call focusing on 1 subject per week. The zoom will end with a business action plan, challenges, resources, to implement positive changes within your business. Later in the week, we will hold a zoom co working session to collectively work on our businesses, again relating to the subject matter selected. The full programme will provide access to a private support group too
