About this Event
This class focuses on the back line of the body including the neck, upper and lower back, spine, glutes, hamstrings, calves, and heels. These areas commonly hold stress from prolonged sitting, standing, commuting, and daily load on the nervous system.
Through breath-led vinyasa and gentle somatic breathwork, we support spinal mobility, hydrate the fascial tissues along the back body, and encourage the nervous system to shift into a calmer, more balanced state. Slowing the breath helps reduce muscular guarding and improves circulation along the spine and posterior chain.
On a subtler level, the back body is associated with support, stability, and resilience. This practice offers a steady, grounding experience helping you feel held, strong, and more at ease in your body.
