About this Event
Baby-Wearing Fitness & Yoga is a fun, supportive class designed for parents to move, bond with their baby, and connect with other parents—all while rebuilding strength and energy after childbirth.
This safe and effective workout focuses on postnatal recovery, full-body strength, gentle cardio, and mindful movement to help you feel strong, confident, and re-energized. All exercises are thoughtfully designed for the postpartum body, with plenty of modifications offered so you can move at your own pace.
Babies are worn throughout class, allowing for sweet bonding moments while you move. We’ll incorporate a variety of equipment including TRX, barre, resistance bands, and dumbbells to keep workouts engaging and effective.
What to bring:
• Baby carrier
• Diaper bag
• Water
• Yoga mat
Feel free to bring your stroller as well if that’s easier for you—this class is all about making fitness fit into your real life.
