BA Sound Arts Graduate Film Screening<h4>Weds, 19th June 11am-1pm, Lecture Theatre C</h4>

Join us for a film screening showcasing the brilliant work of our graduating BA Sound Arts students. From experimental film, sound design for animation, artist film and documentary, students from Sound Arts demonstrate the breadth of the field as it pertains to the screen. There will be Q&As with the students to delve deeper into the creative process behind each project. This is an opportunity to witness the innovative work of our students and gain insight into the creative process of sound design.



BA Sound Arts Performance Evening<h4>Weds, 19th June 6pm-8.30pm, Lecture Theatre B</h4>

The End-of-Year Grad Show performances will highlight the finest work of BA (Hons) Sound Arts students, traversing the diverse realms of sonic art and music. The event will feature an eclectic mix of noise, ambient, electroacoustic music, performance art and conceptual pieces. Ranging from the improvised to the pre-composed. Join us for an extraordinary journey through unique sonic narratives and groundbreaking sonic experimentation.



Shows 2024: Screen

Shows 2024: Screen brings together courses from across our Screen School to explore how sight, sound and moving image can generate powerful immersive experiences.

With practice underpinned by established approaches, contemporary theories and cutting-edge technologies, Screen students work across areas ranging from film, television, immersive media and animation to sound arts, visual effects and games design.

Featured projects reflect life within a community designed to mirror the nature of industry environments, and consider a multiplicity of audiences, tools and identities. Connected by collaboration, students have developed work that represents, interrogates and generates experiences through new worlds and new forms – demonstrating the scope of their tremendous creative ambition, as they prepare to showcase powerful narratives, bravely told.
