A relaxed arrival and gentle start to the evening.

6:30pm — Opening Moment & First Course
A short welcome to frame the night, followed by the first course and conversation.

7:15pm — Second Course
Conversations deepen as dinner continues and connections begin to take shape.

8:00pm — The Shift
A considered moment to move seats and spark new conversations. A gentle reshaping of the table to allow fresh perspectives and unexpected alignment.

9:00pm — Gentle Close
An unhurried finish, with space to linger naturally.

Sticky Chicken Tenders - Spicy chipotle BBQ honey glaze.

Tempura Prawns - Sweet chilli dip.

Buratta - Slow roast tomatoes, basil, extra virgin olive oil V GF.

Crushed Butterbean Hummus - Harissa oil, toasted almonds, flatbread VE.

Steak Frites - 7oz picanha, skinny fries, rocket & parmesan salad, balsamic dressing GF.

Nduja Fishcake – Tenderstem broccoli, fries, lemon & herb mayo.

Flamingo Shish – Chargrilled chicken skewer, honey and oregano glaze, tomato, red onion, cucumber, feta, mint, tzatziki, harissa aioli dip, flatbread.

Rigatoni alla Vodka – Creamy tomato sauce, basil, burrata V.
