Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge).This class will guide you through the art of Ayurvedic Self-Care according to Ayurveda. Discover ancient techniques and remedies to stay balanced and healthy during the chilly season. Thana Numan,Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Yoga Practitioner, will share practical tips and advice to help you thrive this winter. How our virtual "Telehealth Zoom" offerings work:
We will schedule the class as a virtual group visit in the MyHealth at Vanderbilt Patient Portal. Virtual class sessions will be accessible through the My Health at Vanderbilt portal (available through the internet and/or the MyHealth at Vanderbilt app). More info will be provided to join class upon registration.

Cancellation Policy:
Participants may cancel up to one week before start date without penalty, after that date, there is a 20% cancellation fee. No refund is available after the class start date.
