I will be teaching Ayurveda for the second time at Northampton Community College! 😊🙏Ayurveda is the oldest healthcare system originating from India, dating back over 5,000 years. Ayurveda translates to 'The Science of Life.' Ayurveda teaches us how to be in balance with our true nature which promotes longevity, health and happiness. We will be learning the basics of Ayurveda, our unique constitution, dinacharya- daily routine and about Agni, our digestive fire. Ayurveda understands the root cause of all disease starts with ama, undigested food. We will learn the signs to look for when dis-ease manifests in the body and simple daily practices you in incorporate into your life.
Classes begin January 23rd
Three-week course
Thursday evenings 6:30-8:30PM
Must register through Northampton Community College. This is a noncredit course available to anyone who would like to join.
