Through gentle yoga, breathwork (prāṇāyāma), and evening rituals drawn from dinācārya, participants will explore practical ways to support regulation and recovery in daily life.Together we’ll explore how Ayurveda understands sleep (nidra), nourishment, and routine as essential pillars of well-being—and how tending to these supports steadiness, clarity, and resilience.
You’ll leave with:
An understanding of vāta and its relationship to stress and sleep
Gentle movement and breath practices to calm and ground the nervous system
Simple nighttime rituals to support restorative sleep (nidra)
Tools to support balance and vitality (ojas) during times of stress
This workshop is ideal for anyone experiencing stress, sleep disruption, or burnout, and for those curious about Ayurvedic approaches to nervous system care. No prior experience with Ayurveda is required.
