Ay-Up Market: Recycled Paper Framed Art
Join eco-artist Sarah Turner for a creative workshop transforming recycled paper into beautiful framed artwork.
Inspired by Sarah’s own sustainable art practice, you’ll learn how to use punches and simple cutting techniques to turn discarded paper into a unique decorative piece. Work with a variety of reclaimed papers including maps, book pages, wallpaper and even Monopoly money to build your design using colour, pattern and texture.
Once your artwork is complete, you’ll frame it ready to hang at home.
No previous experience is needed and all materials will be provided. This relaxed workshop is perfect for anyone who enjoys being creative and exploring new ways to reuse everyday materials.
You’ll leave with your own framed artwork and the skills/ideas to continue creating at home.
