From a golf swing to a tennis shot, from gardening to yoga twists to hiking — power comes from how force travels through your body.
In this pre-summer series (May–June), you'll explore twists and diagonals as whole-body movement — for smoother, more connected action, with less strain.
No experience needed. Suitable for beginners and continuing students.
