In this retreat we shift into steady, alert receptivity to sound and we find ourselves enmeshed in a singing world that companions us in being free right here and now. We will listen to silence, to whatever is currently sounding in the environment, to sparsely played musical instruments and also to occasional pieces of recorded music.
