Held inside a serene salt room, the grounding benefits of halotherapy (salt therapy) gently support deep relaxation, open breath, and an energetic reset.
Led by Ryan and Nicole Warner of Sound Waves, this guided journey includes journaling, a calming guided meditation with white light guided imagery, and a deeply immersive multi-instrumental sound bath. As healing sound waves move through the salt-infused air, your body and mind are invited into ease, clarity, and alignment.
The evening concludes with an oracle card reading, reflection and connection, allowing you to anchor your intentions for the return of light (spring equinox).
*Halotherapy involves breathing in microscopic salt particles dispersed into the air, which may help support respiratory health, reduce stress, improve circulation, and promote an overall sense of calm.
