The sessions will be 4 hrs each day (8hrs total)

We'd suggest that you include your close friends and relatives so that the growth is easier in your environments.

It is in your best interest to attend live. However if you cannot participate in the live sessions you can still join because the course will be recorded. You will be able to continue your integration process at your own pace.
