About this Event
Science shows that spending time in nature and practicing mindfulness, like yoga and meditation, can do wonders for your well-being. Now you can experience these benefits for yourself! Recharge your body and mind with a relaxing yoga session in a studio overlooking beautiful Mānoa Valley and practice mindfulness on a silent hike on a lush trail at Lyon Arboretum. No yoga experience needed.

What to wear/bring:
- Yoga mat (required)
- Closed-toe shoes with good traction (required)
- Long pants, light jacket, bug spray, rain gear, water (recommended)
- Location: Visitor Center classroom & arboretum trails
Yoga class will be held at the upstairs Visitor Center classroom with hike through the Lyon Arboretum grounds.
Proceeds from this class go to the Lyon Arboretum Education Department.
Earlybird Tickets for FLA members open on February 14th. General public sales open on February 16th.
Tickets close: March 2nd
Deadline for refunds: March 3rd (Refunds are for the cost of the ticket only, Eventbrite processing fees will not be refunded. Full refunds will be given in the event of a class cancellation. Credit cannot be given towards other classes.)
