Join Maria and Grisel for a deeply immersive and heart-opening experience that combines drum-guided Conscious Breathwork and Sound Healing to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner balance.
Through intentional breathing patterns accompanied by the steady, grounding rhythm of the drum, you will be gently guided into a deeper connection with your breath, body, and inner awareness. Conscious Breathwork can help release stored tension, clear stagnant energy, and activate the body’s natural capacity for healing and renewal.
As the breathwork journey integrates, you will be bathed in the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments, inviting your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation and restoration. This integration phase allows the nervous system to settle, helping you leave feeling more centered, clear, and grounded.
This experience may support you in:

No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is necessary. You are warmly welcome to come exactly as you are and allow yourself to be guided through this supportive and transformative journey.
This event will be held at Oasis Wellness Collective. When you enter the driveway, it is the last unit in the building.
Studio props included: 1 bolster, 1 blanket, and 1 eye cover. Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and any additional items you’d like for comfort (such as a pillow or extra blanket).
