The AVALON ORANGE BIKE RIDE is on again for the fifth year in Avalon Park, with a VRIJMARKT (rummage sale), Dutch games & music, and food and drink available for sale - including poffertjes and stroopwafels from Montfoort's food caravan!The Dutch Club's Avalon House may be unavailable, but we will still GO ORANGE for the Dutch King's Birthday. We may be the first in the world to celebrate it on 27 April - the Monday of Anzac Weekend.

VRIJMARKT/rummage sale 10am-1pm: Please register by Wednesday 22 April if you'd like to sell some pre-loved toys, books, clothes, knick-knacks, etc. For children and adults. Sellers are responsible for their own sales and cash supplies.
ORANGE BIKE event (10-12 noon): no pre-registration required, but we'd love you to let us know you're coming so we have an idea of numbers. FREE Registration on the day! Free bike checks and various fun bike activities around the children's bike park.
Indicative timetable:
10am: Registration open. Bike activities and competitions begin. Bike checks & maintenance tips. Bike promo material. Food & drink for sale.
11.15: Registration closes for all competitions.
11.30: Be at Registration area for final judging for the “Best Dressed” competitions
11.45: Orange Bike Parade around the park.
12:00: Deadline for competition submissions at Regis desk
12.00-12.45: Prizegiving, speeches and singing of Dutch national anthem.
