Lakes, Co Wicklow.
This place is fabulous and a pure haven of soothing
sounds of nature.

Through our time together, you will have space to
savour nourishing practices to help transition into the gathering of Autumn, a time for re-setting and rest. Through our guided relaxations, the invitation is to let go and drop into a "nothing to do" and to be, a real coming home to yourself.

give you a space of deep relaxation and healing
cocooning yourself into the cloak of nourishing support.

WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga mat.
Large Blanket & Small Blanket.
Bed Pillow for resting yoga.
Comfy warm socks to keep feet warm during relaxations rituals.
Cushions or anything else that will make you more comfortable.
Bottle of water if you need.
Journal & pen if you like to journal - completely optional!
If you wish to go for a walk after our event, make sure to bring suitable walking shoes/boots and warm weather proof attire.

AFTER OUR EVENT
LUNCH
"The Cafe" is located onsite and serves a delicious variety of options from soup, sandwiches, wraps, salads, sausage rolls, chia pots etc. There are also vegan options available.

WALKS
After our event, why not enjoy a refreshing trek through the woodlands along the peaceful Blessington Lake shore to connect with the sounds of nature and fresh air. A truly magical experience!
