TRAINING DAY - OCTOBER 5TH

Our final Training Day of 2024. With the success of our first two this year with over 180 of you competing why not compete again and see if you can improve on your time or set yourself a focus for the next few weeks and months.

This time around however we are going all doubles.

So grab a mate and train towards a perfect event that will keep your focus over the coming months.
