About this Event
As the light and warmth of summer is giving way to the colder and darker qualities of autumn, we witness nature becoming stiller, leaves are dropping, and the sap of life returns to its roots, preparing to rest.
This is the season to learn to nurture and self-care, to turn to the INNER light, to transition from activity to rest, to observe the thinning veil between life and death, whilst we let-go into the roots of our being.
Come and be inspired by an autumn coloured programme of music, poetry, communal reflection, mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, mantra and Ayurvedic seasonal lifestyle advice, designed to support us to sail gracefully to the peace and safety of our own fertile inner earth.
Refreshments are available. Bring a yoga mat (optional). Please arrive at 1.45pm for a 2pm start!
