About this Event
About the event
This shortened version of our group sound bath is thoughtfully designed to create a calm, sensory-friendly space where neurodiverse individuals, families, and allies can unwind, recharge, and feel truly welcomed. Using the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments, we’ll gently ease the nervous system, reduce overwhelm, and promote a profound sense of peace and connection.
Whether you are on the autism spectrum, supporting a loved one, or simply seeking a quiet moment in a supportive community, this event welcomes you exactly as you are.
What to expect:
- A calm, low-stimulation environment
- Gentle guidance and plenty of space to rest
- A safe, judgment-free community gathering
- Ability to sit, stand or walk around as needed
- More calming sounds
- Ear plugs welcomed
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, socks, neck pillow, and knee pillow if you’d like extra comfort. All ages and abilities are welcome.
Let the healing power of sound help us celebrate neurodiversity with compassion, acceptance, and serenity.
