This April, the City of Harriman is proud to recognize Autism Acceptance Month as we celebrate the unique perspectives that make our community stronger. Our theme this year, “Harriman Sees the World Differently,” reminds us that every individual experiences the world in their own way. By embracing those differences, we create a more compassionate, inclusive, and understanding community for everyone.
Throughout the month of April, the City of Harriman will share stories, artwork, and community moments that highlight the beauty of different perspectives.
We encourage our community to join us in showing support and acceptance.
💙 Wear Blue on April 2 in honor of Autism Acceptance Day and help spread awareness and encouragement to individuals and families in our community living with autism.
Together, we celebrate the creativity, strength, and individuality that make Harriman such a special place to call home.
Because when we see the world through different eyes…
our community becomes stronger.
