Bombweed is the first novel in Gillian’s series ‘Shadows over the Solent’, based on an unpublished story written in 1947 by her mother and drawn from her own experiences during the previous 10 years.
Signed copies of ‘Bombweed’, ‘Kissed to Death’ and ‘Kiss and Don’t Tell’ (the Shadows over the Solent Trilogy) will all be available to purchase.
Cost: £5 or free admission with a museum ticket, annual pass or for Friends of Portsmouth Museums (please bring your membership card).
Late night opening: The museum and Overlord Embroidery galleries will remain open until 18.30, last admission 17.30. Please note LCT 7074 will close as usual at 16.00 (last admission 15.30). Standard museum admission charges apply.
