Author Talk and Tea Demonstration

Author of Jasmine' House: A Place Where You Could FInd the Joy of Learning Chinese, Jasmine Wang shares how food and tea can serve as gentle entry points into language, culture, and learning, while also inviting participants to think of language not as a task to master, but as something lived, shared, and enjoyed. The session will include a short talk, light interaction, and a simple tea demonstration, creating a welcoming space for conversation and connection across cultures.
This will be located in the Senior Citizen's Room in the Fickling Centre.
