Authentic Relating (AR)Authentic Relating (AR) is the practice of expressing your real, present-moment experience in connection with others.
We begin and end in a circle—anchoring the space together. From there, we explore a series of intentional connection games that may include verbal sharing, nonverbal awareness, movement, touch (with consent), and sound. Clear agreements are set at the start so that everyone understands the boundaries, the container, and their agency within it.
AR creates a brave and playful space—supported by structure and rooted in presence—where meaningful connection can naturally unfold.
Through these practices, you begin to notice your conditioned relational patterns and experiment with new ways of being. Instead of relating from habit, performance, or protection, you are invited to relate from truth.
This work strengthens:

When we express from what is real—rather than what is expected—we create relationships grounded in authenticity instead of assumption.
