This is an immersive, guided experience where you’ll practice simple, powerful tools that shift how you relate to yourself and to others in everyday life.
Together, we’ll explore Authentic Relating as a living practice of noticing what’s here, expressing yourself truthfully, listening with presence, and meeting others with curiosity rather than by making assumptions.
You’ll be supported to move beyond small talk into real conversations, deepen self-awareness in connection, build confidence in honest expression, and develop practical communication skills you can bring into your relationships, your work, and your daily life.
We’ll weave guided Authentic Relating practices, mindfulness, gentle movement, and connection games into a warm, welcoming container that invites you to be fully yourself.

Saturday, March 7th, 10am - 6pm.
We will have breaks in the middle of the sessions and a longer lunch break in the middle. Lunch is not included, and there will be the option to go together as a group to a nearby restaurant.
From 6pm onwards, there’s an optional sunset gathering for those who’d like to continue spending time together.
