In this 6-hour Authentic Relating Experience, we’ll explore the many layers and nuances of Self through awareness practices, meaningful dialogue, and playful embodied exercises.
The Authentic Relating Experience (ARE) is built on a simple truth:
You cannot meet others deeply until you can meet yourself, including the mind, the heart, and the body in the conversation.
What You’ll Experience
A grounded, spacious & playful journey designed to help you:
✨ Reflect what strengthened you, and what still feels tender
✨ Release what no longer fits as you move into a new chapter
✨ Reconnect with yourself and others through embodied, relational practices
✨ Realign with what truly matters with clarity and intention.
During this workshop, we’ll move through a flowing blend of creative, playful, and introspective experiences designed to help you reconnect with yourself and others in meaningful ways. You’ll have time for solo reflection, gentle embodied practices, and guided moments of sharing in pairs or small groups. Together, we’ll explore fun and imaginative group activities that build trust, presence, and emotional honesty, including the Three Ghosts Hot Seat Game, a lighthearted yet powerful journey through past, present, and future perspectives.
Throughout it all, you’re invited to choose your own pace, whether you feel called to share, witness, participate fully, or simply sit back and be present. The space is held with warmth, spaciousness, and permission, allowing you to lean into the experience in the way that feels right for you.
