There’s something that happens when you’ve been holding space for everyone else.
You might not even notice it at first.
The subtle ways your own body tenses.
The fog that settles in after back-to-back sessions.
The way your voice softens when you ask others how they’re doing, but rarely turn that same question inward.
That’s what this space is for.
Authentic Movement for Helping Professionals is a FREE monthly gathering where you don’t have to hold it all together.
Facilitated by Kiaran Hartnett, this experience offers you time to reconnect to your own body, your breath, and to move in ways that feel nourishing without expectation, without performance, and without needing to explain.
Whether you’ve done Authentic Movement before or this is new to you, you are welcome.
