Maximise your time on the rower and SkiErg. Build skill, efficiency, and results. Whether it is conditioning, strength, or just crushing your goals, this session will make your time on the ergs count.
Option 2: Just HYROX
Level up your race day. Learn obstacle technique, pacing, injury-proofing, strategy, and tips from elite Hyroxers.
Option 3: The Full Day
Combine Ergs and HYROX for a full-immersion day of movement, coaching, and strategy. Walk away faster, smarter, and ready to dominate.
