Through guided exercises and practical frameworks, you’ll identify your core values and assess where you are today across key areas including Health, Wealth, Career, Fun, Relationships, and Spirituality. We’ll explore the gap between your current reality and your desired future, introduce Schwartz’s Theory of Competing Core Values, and help you understand internal tensions that may be holding you back.
You’ll leave with a simple, actionable plan rooted in honoring yourself, building habits, and taking consistent action - so you can create meaningful, values-driven change.
