Attuning with the Spring Season: Herbs, Essences & Practices for Awakening the Spirit
As the earth begins to thaw and new life stirs from the soil, we are invited to shake off winter’s frost and step into our own season of renewal.
Join Cady Jo of Hearthfire Herbalism for an experiential class devoted to attuning with the
energy of spring through herbs, flower essences, and embodied Vitalist practice. Together, we will explore how this season of emergence lives not only in the natural world, but within our bodies, hearts, and spirits.
In this workshop, you will:
✺ Sample seasonal herbal preparations that support gentle cleansing, movement, and
awakening
✺ Experience flower essences to encourage clarity, courage, and inspired new beginnings
✺ Engage in Vitalist and somatic practices to connect with your innate vitality
✺ Learn how to work with spring’s upward, expansive energy in ways that feel nourishing and sustainable
Through tasting, sensing, and embodied practice, we invite presence enough to hear what’s stirring and ready to reawaken within you.
You’ll leave with practical tools, plant allies, hands-on experience, and a deeper connection to the seasonal rhythms. A handout with all we explore will be provided to guide your integration throughout the season.
About the instructor: Cady Jo Patterson is a Flower Essence Practitioner, Clinical Herbalist, and educator whose work bridges botanical medicine, emotional and energetic tending, and somatic support. She is the founder of Hearthfire Herbalism, a practice rooted in rhythm, reverence, and relational care. She teaches students across multiple levels and supports their deepening connection to flower essences, Vitalist herbalism, and embodied practice.
