Attuning Back to Self: A Somatic Breathwork and Sound Bath Journey

Welcome to a transformative experience where you can reconnect with your inner self through the power of somatic breathwork and sound therapy. Join us for a unique event at Park Gym.

This in-person gathering is designed to help you tap into your body's wisdom and harmonize your mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to release tension, clear your mind, and realign with your true essence. Come as you are and let the magic of breath and sound guide you back to your authentic self using breath and sound.

Breathwork with Nala

Somatic breathwork is an embodiment practice that shifts you from your analytical mind into your body’s awareness. Daily micro-stressors can build up in the nervous system, leading to suppression or depression if not expressed.

This breathwork uses circular connected breathing and rhythmic music to create a safe space for emotional release through movement, shaking, crying, laughing, or other forms of expression. Following the release, a recovery phase invites love, gratitude, and self-acceptance, helping to repattern thoughts and restore balance.

Sound Bath with Cho

Sound vibrations are incredibly powerful. They have the ability to move us, change us, and bring us back to balance and peace. Notice how you feel when you hear a certain song. It can elicit strong emotions, energize you, or calm you.

Intentionally played instruments in a sound bath experience, such as crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, and chimes also have that same effect. Sound can activate, calm, or move emotions and thoughts through you. In a world full of chaotic vibrations, a sound bath can feed us consistent, stable vibrations to help us release stuck energy and encourage our body back into its own natural balanced frequency.

Her passion for art, movement, music, and self-growth guides her life of service. As a somatic release breathwork practitioner, sound healer, and a current student of mindfulness coaching, she seeks to share these tools with others.

Cho guides you back home to you. Certified in the Akashic Records, Sound Healing, Reiki, Numerology, and The Non-Linear Movement MethodⓇ, she also uses the ancient holistic principles found in Ayurveda and Tibetan medicine to help you bring your body, mind, and spirit back to balance.
