This retreat promises to show you how to kindly put yourself first and manage uncomfortable emotions to unlock your dormant self-confidence.
We bring you an intelligently composed blend of self-care tools - inspired by yoga, intuitive eating and NLP, so you can learn how to start living your life on your own terms. We believe not just yoga, but an all-round combination of movement, emotional intelligence, and nutrition knowledge is the most effective way to a healthier lifestyle with more calm, clarity, and joy. You will get to know how to implement simple emotion-management techniques, so they fit easily into your day, without taking extra hours out of your busy schedule:
YOGA & MEDITATION: simple yoga flow and relaxation will inspire you to carve out the essential time alone with yourself, and help you learn how to find calm moments in the daily chaos outside of the yoga class through mindful practice of quieting the mind. The session will give you the opportunity to practice self-acceptance and teach you how to observe & respond to your emotions in any situation with calm. You will relax your body and clear the mind through gentle movement and breathing techniques. The added bonus is that you’ll learn how to weave in stretches into your day to move with ease, and release the aches and tension caused by a sedentary lifestyle.
NUTRITION: we invite you to reflect on your food choices and build awareness of what works and doesn’t work for you to explore new ways of creating healthy eating habits. You will learn about the concept of intuitive eating and how your emotional state and self-image impact how you approach the topic of food. Thanks to the introduction to a softer and more balanced relationship with food, that benefits your physical and mental health, you will leave the retreat relieved, knowing that you can nourish your body and mind while still enjoying what you eat without the stress of restrictive diets. (+ tips for healthy gut which has direct impact on our hormones and emotions)
MINDSET: among many benefits, NLP techniques will help you train your brain to develop a more positive & constructive mindset, so you can experience yours and other people’s emotions and deal with them in a healthy way. You will take away with you tips, affirmations and self-learning exercises you can use to recognize and impact your emotional response behaviours (like e.g. emotional eating), and teach yourself how to replace negative thinking patterns and self-beliefs with positive ones, that help build your resilience to face challenges life throws at you with more confidence, peace of mind and respect for your boundries and relationships.

- I am participating in the yoga class during the retreat, or any other exercise programmes offered by YogaChillZone, during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, physical exercise or health. - I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga classes, health programs or workshops offered by the instructor. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in these yoga classes, health programmes or workshops.
- If I am pregnant I understand that I participate fully at my own risk and that of my unborn child/children.
- In consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, health programmes or workshops, offered by the instructor, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks and injuries.
- In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, health programmes or workshops, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against my instructor or substitute teacher for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in these programmes.
- I understand that from time to time during yoga class, the instructor may physically adjust students’ form and posture. If I do not want such physical adjustments, I will so inform the instructor at each class I attend. I also acknowledge that if I do wish to receive such adjustments, it is my responsibility to inform the instructor when an adjustment has gone as far as I desire at that time.
- I understand that during the retreat, refreshments that will be served may contain nuts and in case of severe nut allergy, it is my responsibility to assess whether it's safe for me to attend or not.
- I hereby take full and sole responsibility from any liability of loss or damage to personal property associated with the retreat.
