About this Event

For all frontline Southwark staff who work with parents of 0-2 year olds in the borough, including Nursery staff, Childminders, Health Visitors, Midwives, Family Hub staff, Voluntary and Community sector staff and Children’s Social Care staff. The training is delivered by Southwark CAMHS and aims to:

  • Strengthen practitioners understanding of the social-emotional development of babies and toddlers.
  • Help practitioners identify strengths & emerging signs of difficulties in infants and their relationship with primary carers.
  • Help practitioners to engage parents in awareness and response to attachment and social-emotional needs of baby/toddler.
