Venus is often referred to as Earth’s twin planet, but it might be a bit more like our evil twin. Join us to explore Venus’s scorching temperature, crushing pressures, and runaway greenhouse effect that have transformed it into one of the most hostile worlds in our solar system. We will uncover what Venus’s atmosphere reveals about Earth’s past, and its possible future.

Free for Members, $15 for their non-member guests
Choose from two 20-minute shows starting at 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM. Please check in 10–15 minutes before the show’s start time and go directly to the planetarium to select your seat. Shows begin promptly with no late entry, and other Museum exhibits (indoor and outdoor) are closed.
