About this Event
Atlas of the Heart: Viewing & Discussion Group
A guided space for emotional language, connection, and community
What if learning the language of our emotions could change the way we relate — to ourselves and to each other?
This group is a facilitated viewing and discussion experience based on Atlas of the Heart by Brené Brown. Together, we’ll watch the series and engage in thoughtful, guided conversation about the emotions that shape our inner lives and our relationships.
This is not therapy — but it is deeply therapeutic.
