YOUR HOST:
Kelsey Beth is an art therapy practitioner with nearly 15 years of experience with meditation and explorative creativity. She has a bachelors degree in creative writing with a minor in studio arts, as well as further ESL teaching certification and her art therapy practitioner certification. All that to say, she’s fully qualified to hold space for you and teach you how to build up your confidence!
As a “recovered non-creative,” KB is passionate about normalizing meditation and providing healing spaces for women to connect deeply with themselves and discover where they are self-sabotaging, as well as where they can love themselves better.
