About this Event
A series of yoga evenings designed to blend heat with mindful flow, helping you stretch, recover, and deeply relax.
These sessions are a great opportunity to meet like-minded people, slow down, and enjoy a moment of calm within a friendly community. Whether you’re new to yoga or a regular practitioner, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and energised.
The sessions will run once a month from January through May, forming part of our internal programming focused on recovery and balance, especially for those training for a marathon or race. A perfect complement to your training, this is your chance to move with intention and prioritise recovery.
Sessions are open to all levels and are for women, trans and non-binary people.
The following sessions will take place on 16th February, 23rd March, 20th April and 18th May. Each day will be advertised separately to ensure you don’t miss out.
