About this Event

For April I will be continuing the Astrology Yoga Series with a Grounding Taurus Flow on Wednesday, April 23rd. This will be an earthy Hatha flow to focus inwards and reconnect with ourselves and our own personal roots and foundation. Doors open at 6pm, class is from 6:30-7:30pm at Neighborhood House, and BYO Yoga Mat. We will find a spot at the Old City Beer Garden after class to connect over drinks and snacks!
