Join Ashleigh (Cosmic Girl) for an interactive workshop guiding you to discover your personal prescription for wellness. The birth chart holds a wealth of possibilities and outcomes, that are acutely activated by stepping into your authenticity; but how can we meet this potential without first learning how to nurture and care for ourselves.
This session aims to be accessible by all, from the astrologer, to the cosmically fluent, to the beginner, or just curious and everything in-between. Please note however, this event wouldn’t be suitable for those who do not know their birth time.
The session will start with breathwork from Liza , Breath Expert and founder of to anchor you into the room and the knowledge you will receive, bringing you into the body and encouraging you to move from an intentional heart. We will then explore your wellness rituals through the lens of your personal birth chart, discovering how you retreat, nurture, and refill your cup. Shining a light on some of your deepest, darkest, astrology houses, to illuminate their themes, and in the process how you personally refuel.
Your birth chart holds the key to curating a foundation for wellness, and if you know this information you can move closer to building the life that you desire. By discovering specific wellness practices, tailored to your birth chart, and that can be implemented in the modern world, where we are so often distracted, busy, and time poor; you can focus on stepping into your authenticity and potential, via a simple and tailored wellness routine.
Together, we will journey and explore the meaning of the fourth, sixth, eighth, and twelfth astrological houses, along with the themes and rulership of these houses. Inviting you to explore their meaning within your own chart, how they interact elsewhere, and guide you towards your personal wellness practice.
